Our Clients are Telecom fibre Infrastructure providers, operators, and Telecom system integrators.

Job Description:

We are looking for:

Skilled project coordinator with excellent management skills, with a performance and a can-do attitude. English and Spanish are necessary. Visa sponsorship available.

· Communicate with customers about the project.

· Coordinate with site team.

· Coordinate logistics with customers and internal logistics with suppliers.

· Coordinate and manage external and internal H&S assessors and auditors.

· Tracking project completion, reporting, and maintaining Excel sheets and trackers.

· Upload and review project documentation on systems.

· The workload is fast, so you need to stay on top of all issues.

· You would need to be detail-oriented to capture and understand underlying issues.

· Frequent visits to sites would be required to understand the issues.

· Experience in coordinating telecom projects.

· A positive mental attitude, a determination to never give up, and a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability are essential to effectively manage and coordinate the project.

· Excellent communication skills (written and via telephone).

· A hard worker, results-oriented, and a multi-tasker, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and communicate proactively with customers.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as most of the reporting and tracking for the project will be handled in MS Office.

· Responsible for booking hotels, trainings, fuel card arrangements.

· Company will provide necessary trainings to understand the nature of the projects

· You will be collaborating with the experience management team, and this role may lead to a fibre project management position.

· You must be adaptable to change, performance-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to take on more responsibilities associated with the project and travel to multiple sites in other regions.

Requirements:

· Full UK driving license.

· To coordinate projects, you must travel to sites as needed. We are expanding to the following areas: Surrey, London, South London, West Sussex, Hampshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, East Sussex, Kent, Essex, West London, North London, Dorset, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and the London Home Counties.

· Proficiency in utilising technology, including devices and applications, to evaluate engineers’ work and fulfil the necessary tasks on the portal.

· Dedication to delivering high-level and professional customer service.

· Ability to follow management direction and execute tasks efficiently and promptly.

· Experience in reviewing surveys and inspections to ascertain whether anything is preventing a successful installation.

· Experience of working with network maps, fibre design schematics and work instructions.

· Knowledge of telecommunication and fibre networks, products and testing tools.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening work when necessary.

· Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, paying good attention to detail.

· Self-motivated and able to take the initiative, self-audit, and self-manage workload without supervision.

· Fit and prepared to work in all weather conditions.
